Early Learning Coalition of Manatee County

The Early Learning Coalition of Manatee County is a non-profit agency that provides services to help all children develop the skills needed to achieve educational success. Programs include:

CHILD CARE RESOURCE AND REFERRAL
Free, unbiased, personalized information on child care programs in the area, including a customized search based on criteria you select, such as location, schedule, environment, and special needs.

SCHOOL READINESS
School Readiness funding is available to eligible families to assist in obtaining affordable, high-quality child care.

VOLUNTARY PREKINDERGARTEN
VPK is a free program available to all four-year-olds born on or before September 1 who reside in Florida, regardless of family income. Parents visit the ELC to establish child eligibility and then receive a certificate to enroll the child at the VPK provider of their choice.
