Job Description
This is an hourly position, Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager Ray or Owner Amy. All overtime must be pre-approved. WORK PERFORMED IN THIS POSITION (to include some or all of the following) Answer all in-bound phone calls. Use sales script to close new business (Bonus Opportunity!), respond to current Client inquiries, and manage Team Member questions. Track and refill all cleaning and office supply levels Ensure Office is tidy and organized Confirm upcoming Client appointments via phone call Confirm post-service Client satisfaction via phone call (Upsell Opportunity!) Attend weekly Inner Circle Trainings Confirm new Client 50% deposits are received prior to scheduled service Finalize weekly Team schedule and supplies needed by end of day Thursday’s for upcoming Monday – Sunday Ensure all Job timers started timely daily. Ensure all Job timers stopped timely daily. Update timers whenever needed Complete onsite laundry for Team and any Client linens Create 5 weekly social media posts and post on IG/FB/LinkedIn/Google. Respond to all sales inquires (Bonus Opportunity!) Create 1 weekly newsletter and send out via MailChimp. (Brand Ambassador to supply email list). Respond to all sales inquiries (Bonus Opportunity!) Prep office for all Team meetings, interviews, etc. Organize Team paper files and scan necessary Training and Onboarding documents Track Indeed applicants and respond. Setup initial phone interviews for Amy Assist Ray/Amy with various policy creation, documentation, and implementation Always dress professionally or wear company uniform, have proper hygiene, a positive and professional attitude, and treat yourself and each others with respect Requirements: Intermediate Office Suite knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook/Email) Personal transportation and timeliness 40 words per minute average typing speed Bonus Goals: Monthly Goal: Achieve $5,000 in first job new sales per month to earn a $100 bonus. Quarterly Goal: Achieve $15,000 in first job new sales per quarter to earn a $300 bonus. Annual Goal: Achieve $60,000 in first job new sales per year to earn a $900 bonus. This compensation structure is designed to motivate you to support our phenomenal Team, grow our Client base, and maintain our Client base. The base salary provides a steady income, while the bonus structure gives you the opportunity to earn $3,300 additional per year based on your performance. Example: Based on the above metrics, if $5,000 in new sales are booked in 30 days then your bonus is $100. If that is done for all 12 months, then the additional annual compensation is $100 x 12 plus four quarterly bonuses of $300 + the annual bonus of $900 = $3,300 bonus.
