Mobile Marine Technician / Mechanic

Responsibilities: Inspect engines regularly for signs of malfunctions, including visual inspections, and conducting scheduled testing as appropriate. Perform routine preventative maintenance and service. Use diagnostic software to diagnose engine issues. Maintain a clean work area. Read and carry out work orders. Work effectively with other team members. We’d prefer to hire a candidate who has formal marine mechanic training at a technical school, but may hire the right candidate without this training. Requirements: Valid Driver's license with clean record High school or equivalent. Own a basic set of mechanics tools. Transportation to and from Scheduled jobs. Ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects for an extended amount of time. Ability to work independently as well as a team! At Minimum have a deep understanding of how boats work and the ability to perform the steps needed to fix the problem.
