Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on residential roofing leads
- Perform roof inspections and identify storm-related damage
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems and restoration options
- Assist homeowners with insurance claim-related documentation when applicable
- Create and present roofing proposals and estimates
- Maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with production and office staff to ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent the iDEAL Home Solutions brand professionally in the field
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable climbing ladders and accessing roofs
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
- Roofing, construction, insurance restoration, or home improvement experience is preferred
