We’re looking for a true EOS Integrator — someone who knows how to take vision and turn it into execution, hold leaders accountable, run the numbers, and keep the business moving forward without chaos or excuses. If you thrive in ownership, discipline, and results — keep reading. ?? THE ROLE As our General Manager / Integrator, you will run the day-to-day operations of Blue Collar Roofing. You will be the right hand to the Visionary (Kevin McLin) and the person who ensures the business operates with clarity, accountability, profitability, and excellence. Your job is to: Run the company Own the numbers Hold leaders accountable Make EOS actually work Eliminate bottlenecks and surprises ?? WHAT YOU’LL OWN Business Execution & Accountability Own daily operations across sales, production, finance, and admin Translate vision into clear priorities, plans, and deadlines Hold leaders accountable to KPIs, Rocks, and commitments Keep the business running smoothly — no fire drills, no excuses Financial & KPI Ownership Own scorecards, KPIs, and weekly reporting Ensure margins are hit across residential, commercial, and repairs Review job profitability, labor efficiency, overhead, and cash flow Partner on budgets and forecasts Leadership & Culture Lead, coach, and develop department heads Address performance issues directly and quickly Build a culture of ownership, discipline, and respect Uphold and enforce our Core Values — always EOS Ownership Run EOS the right way (not just talk about it) Lead disciplined Level 10 meetings Track Rocks, To-Dos, IDS, and scorecards Ensure EOS is embedded in daily operations Operational Excellence Ensure scheduling, production, materials, and logistics run tight Eliminate recurring bottlenecks through systems and SOPs Protect the customer experience from start to finish ??
