Compensation: $23.00 per hour Employment type: part-time Job title: Maintenance/Custodian Vacation rentals on Siesta Key has an opening for an experienced applicant to work five days a week every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The hours are 9:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Candidate must be able to repair minor plumbing, electrical and A/C problems, interior and exterior painting and maintain the property's landscaping. Must be able to work in Florida's hot and humid weather. Property is non-smoking. Please include your work experience.
