WORD - LEVEL 1 at SCF

Learn the basics of Microsoft's word processing program. Navigate the Microsoft interface (ribbons and control groups) along with the basic features of Word including: creating, saving, & printing documents; entering, editing, & formatting text; using find and replace; spelling and grammar checking; inserting symbols; setting tabs; using bulleted and numbered lists; working with paragraphs; and more.

REQUIREMENTS: Basic Windows computer skills (file and folder management, cut, copy, & paste, etc.) are required to take this class.  If you do not have these pre-requisite skills, please register for our Absolute Beginner class.
