Event Description:
Mattison’s Restaurants are celebrating Cinco De Mayo, May 5th, with delicious and creative food and drink specials. In addition to the regular menus, Mattison’s City Grille and Riverwalk Grille will feature a special a la carte menu.
Appetizer
Shrimp and grouper ceviche, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, served in a crispy tortilla shell with avocado relish $16
Entrees
Durham Ranch bison stuffed with poblano peppers with charred corn cheddar, cheese, pepper jack cheese, cotija cheese, served with black beans and rice, red sauce $25
Mexican fish and chips tortilla crusted American Red Snapper, crispy cactus fries, corn, and cabbage slaw, pico de gallo, jalapeno tartar sauce $27
Dessert
Mexican Xango (Mexican cheesecake) deep fried cinnamon, sugar, fresh berries, and house made whipped cream $9
Stop by Mattison’s Forty-One for the Mojo Marinated Brick Seared Chicken, Pork Tenderloin with whiskey apples and sweet potato streusel or Chicken Burger topped with Jones Dairy Farms Bacon.
