Dear Friends,
We are excited to invite you to the 2nd Annual Fairway to Recovery Golf
Tournament, supporting Centerstone’s comprehensive addiction recovery
services in Florida.
This special event offers a great day of golf, connection, and friendly competition
—all while helping save lives. Enjoy 18 holes on a beautiful course, delicious
food, prize drawings, and awards for top teams. Sponsors receive added
benefits, including meaningful recognition for helping address one of our
community’s most urgent needs.
The need is real. In 2024, 5,501 Floridians lost their lives to overdoses, and
another 9,375 survived non-fatal opioid overdoses. Your support helps us provide
hope and healing to those seeking recovery.
Brittany Pindell is one of those stories. After more than a decade struggling to
find long-term recovery, she came to Centerstone in crisis.
“Centerstone was there for me,” she shared. “When
no one wanted to deal with me, Centerstone did.”
Now more than three years into recovery, Brittany is rebuilding her life,
strengthening her relationships, and contributing to her community.
Seeing his daughter’s journey firsthand, Keith O’Neill felt called to give back. His
gratitude inspired the creation of Fairway to Recovery, which welcomed 19
teams in its 2025 debut. This year’s tournament moves to the esteemed Heritage
Oaks Golf & Country Club—a premier Par-71 private course offering players an
elevated experience.
We invite you to stand with us as a sponsor of this year’s Fairway to Recovery
tournament. Your partnership helps ensure more individuals and families receive
the lifesaving support they deserve. Sponsorship levels and benefits are outlined
in this packet.
Thank you for considering this opportunity to make recovery possible!
Please call (631) 384-8593 or email foundation@centerstone.org with
questions.
With much gratitude,
