50th Anniversary Sale

The Chop Shop is happy to celebrate our 50th year in business. We have been family owned and operated since 1971. We are a high quality family butcher shop. We carry only quality meats as well as imported groceries, a full deli, wine and fresh produce. To show our gratitude we will be having our biggest sale of the year! The owner, Doug Stivers, served in the Air Force and then as a NYC police officer before returning to his home state of Kentucky to open his own general store. A few years later he moved his family to Florida to partner with his brother Boyd “Steve” Stivers and his wife Pat. Enter 2020 Doug and Carolyn Stivers’ daughter Susan Higbee took over the reins and has been building on her fathers vision where “satisfaction is guaranteed’ and the ‘best meals start with the best ingredients”.
