Nurse Manager
Objectives of the position: As an ambassador of Jesus Christ, the Nurse Manager provides oversight and leadership to the center’s medical programs and medical team.
Reports to: Executive Director & Medical Director
Supervises: Medical Staff & Volunteers
Status: Part-time, Non-Exempt

? Have a passion and desire for ministerial-related work.
? Agree with and uphold Commitment to Care and Competence, Core Values, Statement of Faith, and center policies.
? Florida licensed Nurse Practitioner preferred; open consideration to Florida licensed Registered Nurse
? Education and/or experience in Healthcare Management or Business Administration
? Experience in a medical supervisory capacity.
? Exhibit strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
? Previous experience in women’s health field; ultrasonography preferred.
? Bilingual strongly preferred.
Essential Functions:
I. Administrative
? Monitor confidentiality, safety, and infection control practices at center, in keeping with HIPPA and OSHA guidelines, and recommend improvements to Executive Director as needed.
? Maintain accurate and detailed records and medical compliance.
? Oversee all medical staffing and resources including mobile unit.
? Regularly communicates with Medical Director and Executive Director about functionality of medical services.
? Communicate and collaborate with medical staff, other CNMPC departments, and leadership team.
? Interact with the Executive Director to communicate client needs, progress, or problems, and goals.
? Maintain accurate and detailed records and medical compliance.
? Assist in continued development and execution of STI/STD program.
? Develop Mobile Unit implementation, policies and procedures, and growth strategy.
II. Client Services:
? Oversee day-to-day medical operations.
? Coordinate and ensure quality patient care.
? Assist with medical staff recruitment, hiring, and training.
? Provide pregnancy related medical education and referrals as needed.
? Perform pregnancy tests and deliver results.
? Perform STI/STD testing and deliver results and medical direction appropriately.
? Provide factual education on all pregnancy decisions and medical-related questions.
? Be flexible for late scheduling on evenings and weekends when needed.
? Be available to help with center needs when medical responsibilities have been completed.
III. Training
? Must complete center assigned training as applicable.
? Maintain necessary CEU’s for active RN licensing.
? Maintain knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards as well as state and national laws related to CNMPC.
