Searching for a full-time employee to handle the daily job duties listed below as well as help with answering customer's and homeowners questions for our busy property management company. Candidate must be PC proficient, organized and work well with others. This position will focus primarily on organizing and processing of guest materials and organizing and scheduling of subcontractors. Prepare quotes and reservations. Prepare HOA documents and forms for guests and communicate with HOA offices. Must become familiar with all properties and different locations in order to answer inquiries. ****This position requires excellent communication skills and persistent follow-up****** Duties Include: E-mailing and follow up phone calls with guest, homeowners' associations, homeowners, and sub-contractors. Scheduling of Subcontractors and Preparing Work Order. Maintain electronic files, agreements, logs, databases, spreadsheets, and/or other related records. File correspondence and other records and maintain organization of files. Assist Property Manager with daily tasks. Qualifications : Excellent Communication Skills. Proper Phone Etiquette. Read and Write in a professional manner. Responsive to text messages and emails. Must have prior office experience / data entry / filing, etc. Must be well organized. Office Dress Required. Drug Free Workplace. Background Check & References a must Bilingual Preferred Spanish/English
