Event Description:
Self Defense Workshop
Be prepared for those unsafe situations no none wishes to be in!
This introductory workshop will include:
- Evaluating the four levels of conflict
- Learning self-defense tactics
- Practicing strikes, kicks, blocks, takedowns, and other moves
All skill levels welcomed. Wear regular gym clothes, workout shoes that do not restrict body movement, and no jewelry.
