Manatee Village Historical Park Guided Walking Tours, 1404 Manatee Avenue East, (State Road 64) Bradenton, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. (Tours leave on the hour-Last tour departs at 3:00 PM). In celebration of the March opening of Manatee Village’s new exhibit on women’s history in Florida, two themes will alternate: One will be a general history of the Village of Manatee and the other will celebrate Women’s History Month with insights into the impact of women in Manatee County and on historic preservation, particularly women's roles in saving the buildings now located at Manatee Village.  Tours last approximately one hour and are led by docents.  FREE!  For information, call (941) 741-4076 or visit: Facebook (@manateevillage) or www.manateevillage.org
