Island Gallery West Presents Sue Elliot featured artist for October

Sue Elliott is the October Featured Artist with “Underwater” at Island Gallery West. Sue’s exhibit was inspired by the beautiful patterns and shadows made by reflections under the water surface. Whether reflections made by people or nature, this exhibit includes colorful light refractions in acrylics and unique “3D illusion” resin paintings. Sue has been painting all her life and is known for her award winning portraits of animals and people. Originally from England, she made Bradenton her home in 2003 and tries to make time to paint every day. Sue takes commissions for portraits and resin art. Come and see Sue’s exhibit during October and join us at the opening reception on Friday October 11th 5.30 - 7.30pm .
