Come Celebrate the Finale Horne & Moon Scholarship Social on Dec. 8th at 7 p.m. featuring post prohibition libations, inspired food, live music and dancing! Our mission is to provide need based scholarships for adult students at Manatee Technical College, State College of Florida, and University of South Florida, Sarasota- Manatee. Partner with us and Manatee Community Foundation to encourage adults to further their education, provide for their families, and give back to the community
