**Any specimen kit returned by March 31 will receive a FREE SCREENING**
How to Participate:
1. Join us for the event
2. Speak to a Colorectal Surgeon, Oncologists, Gastroenterologists, and Primary Care Physicians about your needs
3. Receive information around community programs and services available to the public
4. Receive a FREE colorectal cancer screening kit to use in the privacy of your own home
5. Return specimen to Outpatient Services at Manatee Memorial Hospital by March 31
**Must be 45 years of age to participate**
