F45 Training (SRQ/UTC) has teamed with UTC Fit to host an outdoor workout for the community to Enjoy! F45 is the heartbeat of Sarasota for all your Fitness needs. Our goal is to create the healthiest county in the US and it starts Now! Please encourage each other to come to get fit with F45 at UTC Fit.
This week’s UTC FIT is with F45 bringing you a high-energy, full-body HIIT bootcamp workout for all fitness levels and abilities. Adding to the fun will be DJ Truth, The Vitamin Shoppe, and CryoXL.
Participants should bring a mat, towel, and water. No registration is required. All UTC FIT sessions take place on The Green at UTC, across from The Vitamin Shoppe.
