Player Registration:
(sponsor sign placed at contest site, recognition in Current magazine, contest sponsor provides contest prize)
*At Least One Player Per Team Must Be a Chamber Member
*Rain Date: Monday, December 6
If you must cancel your reservation, our deadline for cancellations is 5:00 PM on Friday, November 19. After that date we must invoice all reservations as guarantees will have been made with our venue.
The Manatee Chamber of Commerce is a 501(c)6 not for profit corporation. Contributions or gifts are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions or gifts may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult your tax adviser.

- Tee Sponsor - $150: sponsor sign at tee, recognition in Current magazine
