Carlos Buqueras with nearly a quarter century of distinguished Florida port leadership has been with Port Manatee as Executive Director since 2012.
Fredrick "Rick" Piccolo has over 45 years of experience in the aviation industry and has been President and CEO of the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport since 1995.
